Welcome to Diztree. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, services, and website. By accessing or using Diztree, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. For Creators & Artists

Diztree empowers artists to distribute their music globally with flexible pricing tiers designed to fit your needs.

• Free Plan: Keep 80% of your royalties. Perfect for getting started with unlimited tracks, releases, and artists plus access to analytics, shoplinks, download gates, profit splits, and collaborations.
• Creator Plan ($14.99/month): Keep 100% of your royalties. All features from the Free plan plus monthly automatic payouts.
• Creator Plus Plan ($29.99/month): Keep 90% of your royalties. Includes all Creator features plus Music Labels, Royalty Accounting, and Sub Users for team collaboration.
• Lifetime Support: We guarantee support for all your releases distributed through Diztree, ensuring your music remains live and manageable.

3. For Customers

Music lovers and producers can discover and purchase premium digital assets through our platform.

• Shop Access: Customers will have exclusive access to our upcoming Shop, featuring high-quality sample packs, presets, and audio bundles.
• Usage Rights: Purchasing an asset strictly grants a license for use in your own productions. Resale or redistribution of raw assets is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your music and master recordings. By distributing through Diztree, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to distribute and monetize your content on your behalf across selected DSPs and stores.

5. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time. Upon termination, we will issue takedowns for your content from DSPs, subject to the specific timelines and policies of each store.
